What is Energy Healing?
Basic Explanation
Our life force is energy. Our consciousness is energy. Emotions are energy. And energy follows intention. When you think emotionally activating thoughts, they conjure relevant emotions. When we do this over and over again, we can grow certain emotions over time, which can eventually create significant energetic blockages. These can be removed via energy work and adjusting the relevant beliefs. Energy clearing greatly eases the process of adjusting beliefs and thoughts, since these can be difficult to shift when we are stuck in that emotional energy. This is why my sessions work with both emotional energy and beliefs. Various methods of energy work, energy healing, and spiritual healing are found in most cultures and have existed throughout much of human history.
What can you expect in a session with me?
My Process
In my energy healing sessions, I begin by having my client on a massage table, facing up. I use my hands to remove heavy, blocked energy, like a vacuum cleaner. I also pick up on what is causing those blockages and coach my clients through processing these during our sessions so they can continue to work on these issues, preventing the blockages from quickly returning. I leave clients with affirmations and releases to practice after the session to assist with this process. I also incorporate Ogham energy as needed, infusing it into relevant areas. I am very intentional about creating a safe space for my clients, as we frequently delve into quite vulnerable areas. My clients frequently report feeling light, clear, and uplifted after the session.
